Permanent Services Review Playbook

A short end-to-end checklist: qualify the site, read the bill, benchmark PPY, and choose a transition path.

One sequence that works

Use this playbook for churches, schools, restaurants, shops, and small-to-mid warehouses—the Permanent Services segment Topline is built for.

1. Qualify

  • Company and site address
  • Current hauler
  • Waste streams and diversion in play
  • Contract expiration if you already know it
  • Container size, count, and weekly frequency

2. Educate (you are here)

  • Align stakeholders on streams, PPY, and timing
  • Share one article with finance or facilities if they own the invoice

3. Analyze

  • Upload the trash bill and/or service agreement
  • Confirm extracted charge, hauler, and frequency
  • Review under / at / above market band

4. Decide

  • If above market or nearing a notice window, open transition planning
  • Choose LOA opt-in or customer-handled cancellation
  • Record access and dock details

5. Hand off

  • Topline syncs the story to Salesforce for follow-up and quoting
  • Keep educational context handy for multi-site rollouts

Start now

Upload a trash bill and run a Permanent Services review on one site. One clean example beats a dozen abstract savings claims. You can create an account after we have your bill.

Put this into practice

Run a Permanent Services review: upload a bill, see your market band, and plan the transition.
